Resignation is a big decision in any one’s life. Most people fantasize about their new job, but when it comes to quitting the job, it can be challenging as it is usually hard for people to walk out of their ideal comfort zone.

There may be many reasons to resign ranging from an unsatisfactory work environment to new, but one thing is always universal.
